Firstly I'd like to apologise for the picture heaviness of this post.
I've not been blogging much this week, having turned my attentions elsewhere, namely the above creation.
Whist having a wander around the local market looking for some embellishments for the peter pan collar on the dress in this post, I found these lovely little Broderie Anglaise peter pan collars, so I purchased a couple to add to some of my old tops and dresses.
Firstly I sewed some little beads onto the collars...
...Then I attached them around the collar to a navy t-shirt...
...and voilà...
I also added a slightly different collar and a little gold button to this old jumper
So what do you think?
I'm actually very pleased with the result and am planning to sell other customised pieces like this on eBay and maybe etsy. If you are interested please feel free leave a comment or contact me via e-mail.
I've also been busy thriftng this week and managed to find up the following pieces from various charity shops.

I'm starting to put together my Autumn Wardrobe and these pieces will fit in just nicely.
